How to void a transaction with Verifone VX 820 and VX 680 terminals

This article covers how to void a transaction with Verifone terminals.

To void a transaction, complete the following:

1. Press the green key.

2. Select Void.

3. Enter the void password.

4. Enter the STAN/INV number from the receipt.

5. Press the green key.
