An adjustment is when money is manually added or removed from a gift card in the BackOffice. You can track any adjustments performed on gift cards.
- In the BackOffice, go to the Transactions menu, Adjustments, and select Search
- Search for an adjustment using your desired criteria. To show more search fields, click the Advanced Search button
- Double-click on a row to view details about an adjustment transaction
