An adjustment is when money is manually added or removed from a gift card in the BackOffice. You can track any adjustments performed on gift cards.
In the BackOffice, go to the Transactions menu, Adjustments, and select Search
Search for an adjustment using your desired criteria. To show more search fields, click the Advanced Search button
