How to refund a transaction with Verifone VX 820 and VX 680 terminals

This article covers how to refund a transaction with Verifone terminals.

To refund a transaction, complete the following:

1. Press the green key.

2. Select Refund.

3. Enter the refund password.

4. Enter the amount to refund.

5. Press the green key.

6. Follow the instructions on the terminal to complete the refund.
