The talech receipt printer does not print text

There are a few common resolutions to this issue. If the talech receipt printer is not printing text, try any of the following:

  • Make sure that the thermal receipt paper is installed properly. The paper can only be printed on the correct side.
  • Unplug the power cable from the register, wait 5 seconds, and then plug it back in.
