      How to check the remaining balance on a gift card

      This article applies to the Ingenico iCT 220, iCT 250, iWL 220, and iWL 250 terminals.

      Note: If you see a FEATURE DISABLED message, contact Zomaron support. Gift card functionality must be enabled on the terminal by Zomaron.

      To check the remaining balance on a gift card, complete the following:

      1. Press the green key.

      2. Select GIFT > BALANCE INQUIRY.

      3. Do one of the following:

      • Swipe the gift card.
      • Enter the gift card number and press the green key.
