This article applies to the Ingenico iCT 220, iCT 250, iWL 220, and iWL 250 terminals.
Note: If you see a FEATURE DISABLED message, contact Zomaron support. Gift card functionality must be enabled on the terminal by Zomaron.
To activate a gift card, complete the following:
1. Press the green key.
2. Select GIFT > ACTIVATION.
3. Enter the amount and press the green key.
4. Do one of the following:
- Swipe the gift card.
- Enter the gift card number and press the green key.
5. Select PAYMENT TYPE.
6. Select CREDIT, DEBIT, or CASH/COMP.
7. Select YES.
8. Press the green key.
9. Pass the terminal to the customer.
The customer will complete the transaction. The terminal will display an Approved message.
