      How to void a transaction

      This article covers how to void a transaction in Converge.

      Note: For information on the difference between a void and a refund, refer to What is the difference between a void and a refund?. For information on refunding a transaction, refer to How to refund a transaction.

      To void a transaction, complete the following:

      1. Log into the Converge Pay portal.

      2. Click Payments.

      3. Click the checkbox beside any transaction you would like to void.

      4. Click VOID > CONFIRM.
