How to void an item

This article covers how to void an item with talech Register.

To void an item, complete the following:

1. Open the ticket with the item you would like to void.

2. Swipe left on the item.

3. Tap Void. If the user does not have void permissions, a manager or administrator will have to enter their PIN or use their swipe card.

4. Select the appropriate reason for the void.
