How to reset your PIN

This article covers how to reset your PIN for your Poynt user account.

To reset your Poynt Smart Terminal account PIN, complete the following:

1. Navigate to the Poynt Merchant portal.

2. Click SIGN IN.

3. Enter your email address and password and click Sign in.

4. Click Business > Terminal users.

5. Click the Edit icon next to the appropriate account.

6. Enter a new PIN under Reset passcode and Confirm passcode.

7. Click SAVE USER.
