How to add or edit the automatic settlement time

Note: For your terminal to retain any changes you make when you download your next file, you must email support@zomaron.com. Zomaron will update your terminal build files to reflect these changes.

To turn automatic settlements on or edit your current auto settlement time, complete the following:

1. Press the # key.

2. Select Setup Menu > Trans Options > Settlement > Auto Settle.

3. Enter the appropriate time.

Note: This terminal uses 24 hour time. Enter 2130 for 9:30pm. Enter 0000 to turn automatic settlements off.

4. Press the green key.

5. Press the red key until you are back at the home screen.

Note: If you want to receive a next day deposit, your batch must be settled by 10:00pm (2200) ET. For this reason, it is recommended that you set the time to 9:00pm (2130) ET to make sure that the batch is settled in time.

Note: If you make any changes to your Ingenico terminal, email support@zomaron.com. Zomaron will update your files so that any updates pushed to the terminal in the future retain this change.
