How to set hosted payment API users

This article covers how to set users as hosted payment API users with Converge.

Note: You should create a dedicated user account to be set as a hosted payment API user. No one will use this account to log into the Converge Portal. If you change the account you log into the Converge portal with to be a hosted payment API user, you will lock yourself out of the Converge portal.

To set users as hosted payment API users, complete the following:

1. Log into the Converge Virtual Merchant portal.

2. Highlight USER and select Find / Edit.

3. Click Find.

4. Select the user you would like to edit.

5. Under Hosted Payment API User, change the drop down menu from No to Yes.

6. Click Update.
