An overview of email and text message campaigns

Boost member engagement and the success rate of your marketing campaigns by creating and sending targeted emails and text messages directly from the BackOffice.

    • A campaign can have any number of communications related to it. Each communication shares the information set at the Campaign level
    • Each communication can be either an email or text message communication

    • Members can opt-out of email and text message communication.
    • All email communication sent to members includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email.
    • All text message communication sent to members includes some instructions on how the member can opt-out from text message communication.
    • In both cases, email and text messages opt-out, members receive a message reply, confirming that the member will no longer receive an email or text communication.
