Monitor how loyalty cards are being used at your business. The Details tab allows you to see information associated with a transaction.
- In the BackOffice, go to the Transactions menu and select Search. See how to search for a transaction for step-by-step instructions
 - Once you’ve found the transaction, double-click on the row to view the transaction details, including:
 
- Confirmation number
 - Card number
 - Date
 - Transaction type
 - Program
 - Operation
 - Adjustment reason (in the case of an adjustment)
 - Merchant
 - Workstation
 - Employee
 - Transaction amount
 - Invoice number
 
By clicking on the card number associated with a transaction, you can access the card’s individual Details page and perform an adjustment.
