How to view details of a transaction

Monitor how loyalty cards are being used at your business. The Details tab allows you to see information associated with a transaction.

  1. In the BackOffice, go to the Transactions menu and select Search. See how to search for a transaction for step-by-step instructions
  2. Once you’ve found the transaction, double-click on the row to view the transaction details, including:
    • Confirmation number
    • Card number
    • Date
    • Transaction type
    • Program
    • Operation
    • Adjustment reason (in the case of an adjustment)
    • Merchant
    • Workstation
    • Employee
    • Transaction amount
    • Invoice number

By clicking on the card number associated with a transaction, you can access the card’s individual Details page and perform an adjustment.
