      How to view adjustments made to a loyalty card

      See any changes made to a loyalty card's balance.

      1. In the BackOffice, go to the Transactions menu, Adjustments, and select Search
      2. Search for an adjustment using your desired criteria. To show more search fields, click the Advanced Search button
      3. Double-click on a row to view details about an adjustment transaction
