      How to turn off an automated promotion

      You can turn off an automated promotion if you don't want your members to receive it. The promotion can be turned back on at your convenience.

      1. In the BackOffice, go to the Offers menu, and select Lights Out
      2. Click the edit icon on the offer you wish to turn off
      3. The edit options will appear. In the top right corner, toggle the ON/OFF to OFF, and click Save
