How to search for a gift card

Search for a specific card or generate a list of cards based on your search criteria.

1. Log into the BackOffice, go to the Cards menu and select Search
2. You can search for a card by number, type or status, among other characteristics. Enter the criteria you wish to search by and click the Search button
3. Your search results will appear below based on your search criteria. Results will display card numbers, balances and statuses as well as account names 
4. To add a new column to your list of search results selecting No in the drop-down menu next to Default Fields, and select the fields that you want to add to the list. 
5. To download the list in .xls or .csv format, click the Export button 
6. Double-click on a row to access an individual card’s page: card details
