      How to enable an external PIN pad

      This article applies to the Ingenico iCT 220 and iCT 250 terminals.

      Note: If this is the first time you are enabling this external PIN pad for use with this terminal, you may need to contact Zomaron support to update the terminal.

      To enable an external PIN pad, complete the following:

      1. Press the # key.

      2. Select Setup Menu > Term Settings > PIN Pad.

      3. Select PINPadType > External.

      Note: If you make any changes to your Ingenico terminal, email support@zomaron.com. Zomaron will update your files so that any updates pushed to the terminal in the future retain this change.
