How to disable the tip prompt

This article applies to the Ingenico iCT 220, iCT 250, iWL 220, and iWL 250 terminals.

Note: Any batches associated with the terminal must be settled before you begin. For information on how to close a batch, refer to How to settle a batch.

To disable the tip prompt, complete the following:

1. Press the # key.

2. Select Setup Menu > Trans Options > Tip Options > Tip > Off.

3. Press the red key until you are back at the home screen.

Note: If you make any changes to your Ingenico terminal, email support@zomaron.com. Zomaron will update your files so that any updates pushed to the terminal in the future retain this change.
