If a kiosk is stuck saying Reconnecting to the Internet, it isn't receiving cell reception. To safely move the kiosk to a new area with better cell reception, complete the following:
1. Unplug the kiosk from the electrical outlet.
2. Use a hand cart or dolly to move the kiosk to a new location.
3. Plug the kiosk back into the electrical outlet.
4. Wait for the initial loading process to complete.
