      How to reset an account password

      You can reset your password on the login screen. To do so, complete the following:

      1. Navigate to the online donor portal.

      2. Click SIGN IN > Forgot Password?

      3. Enter your email address.

      4. Click SEND.

      5. Follow the instructions in the email to compete the password reset.
