How to transfer a loyalty balance to a new card

If a customer loses a loyalty card, you can transfer their balance to a new card through the Transfer tab.

  1. In the BackOffice, go to the Cards menu and select Search. See how to search for a loyalty card for step-by-step instructions
  2. Once you’ve found the card, double-click on the row to view the card’s details
  3. Confirm the card you wish to transfer by clicking the Validate Source Card button
  4. Under Target, enter the card number for the new card to which the old balance will be transferred 
  5. Click Validate Target Card. The lost card will be deactivated in the process
