If a customer loses a loyalty card, you can transfer their balance to a new card through the Transfer tab.
- In the BackOffice, go to the Cards menu and select Search. See how to search for a loyalty card for step-by-step instructions
- Once you’ve found the card, double-click on the row to view the card’s details
- Confirm the card you wish to transfer by clicking the Validate Source Card button
- Under Target, enter the card number for the new card to which the old balance will be transferred
- Click Validate Target Card. The lost card will be deactivated in the process
