Search for a specific loyalty member profile or generate a list of members based on your search criteria.
In the BackOffice, go to the Profiles menu, and select Search
Search for loyalty members using your desired criteria
A list of profiles that match the search criteria will appear below
By default, the member profile search list includes the following fields:
Name
Gender
Address
Birthday
Phone number
Email address
Language
To add a new column to your list of search results selecting No in the drop-down menu next to Default Fields, and select the fields that you want to add to the list
To download the list in .xls or .csv format, click the Export button
Double-click on a row to access an individual card’s page: profile details
